Jeff Zajkowski

Jeff Zajkowski is the Head of Finance and Risk Management at Chime Enterprise.  Prior to joining Chime, he was the Head of North American Equity Capital Markets at JP Morgan.  In his thirty-three year career in investment banking, he advised corporate issuers in the US, Latin America, and Asia on equity financings including IPOs, Follow-on Offerings, Equity-linked alternatives and Private Placements.  Jeff has an MBA from Harvard and a BS from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
